About me
Dennis Draughn is an educational leader dedicated to equity, inclusion, and fostering environments where all individuals feel a sense of belonging. As an African American male, he brings a nuanced perspective to his work, blending lived experience with a deep understanding of culturally responsive instructional leadership.
As the Director of Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Benilde-St. Margaret’s School showcases his commitment to building inclusive spaces and disrupting racial bias in education.
Beyond his professional roles, Dennis has played a significant part in statewide equity efforts. As a member of Education Minnesota’s inaugural F.I.R.E.
